Almond Milk Quinoa with Peaches and Cinnamon The best breakfast ever. Healthy carbs and fuel for the day. Cook quinoa according to recipe but sub almond or soy milk for water. (Careful when you cook it tends to get frothy when hot) I like to cook this the night before and throw in the fridge , because I am always on the run in the morning. When you wake up add almond milk, a hint of cinnamon and honey, and fruit! More @Leslie Cikra.wordpress.com
